Can you identify this Prairie Home Companion Episode?

I'm trying to find an episode of A Prairie Home Companion, particularly, the News from Lake Wobegon segment. It took place shortly after Garrison Keillor had a stroke and he brings that up in the segment. He also mentions a miracle product he discovered made from soy and a college football with one team coached by Ralph Nader. They reran it recently. Thanks!
