Do extra-biblical doctrines make Latter-day Saints unchristian?

Even if they believe in all that is contained in the Bible, if they believe in one extra-biblical doctrine does that make them unchristian, nullifying even that which they do believe (i.e. Jesus is the Son of God, the Savior, etc.)?
