Flying and fashion?

In less than three weeks, I'm going to fly from El Paso Texas to Melbourne Australia to see my long distance boyfriend and met everyone he loves in his life for the first time. So when I step off the plane, I need to look, well... good. These people all take alot of pride in their appearance (the girls are beautfiully dress all the time and never have a hair out of place, the men are all suepr tal and suepr msucly). So what should I wear... i wanna be comfy on the 20 hour flight (2 stops) but I don't wanna be so comfy as to kill my appearance. I dress darker and kind of elegant gothic, btw, s bare that in mind. I wear jewel tones and black all the time with gothic accessories and lots of simple lace, satin, and the like. So what ydo yall suggest. skirt, jeans, high heels....
