Lord of the rings, the return of the king???????

He was ruined, and he would be forever tainted by what the ring had done to him. He couldn't stay because he would pollute others by the evil set in him, and it was a place of peace where he could live out the rest of his days. Remember that he was realy torn apart on his journey, and in one year he lived out more pain and burden than most people have in a lifetime.
