Help with turntable set up?

i want to buy a stanton str8-150 or gemini tt-2000 turntable but dont want all the dj equipment i want as min as possible but with out sacrificing sound quality this is for home use only just cause i love vinyl and every time i try to find some sort of bundle it comes with a fog machine or some other dj bs ne suggestions
