Alright...don't think im crazy, but I get visited by spirits while I'm half asleep and half awake,anyone else?

I really am a normal girl, and the weird part is, if I didn't experience this firsthand, i would be a total skeptic, I've read books on mediums, I've researched it too...I don't necessarily want it to stop but I can't talk to anyone i know about it...I just don't know why these things come to me...help :/
