Amp fuse keeps blowing?

ok i have 3 jl 12w7 subs, powered by 3 jl 1000 v2 amps, and they are powered by 3 25 farad caps which are each connected to a distribution box with a 100 amp gl fuse going to each one. the fuses keep blowing. not all at the same time but after i replace one another 1 ends up blowing. i have a 350 amp fuse coming from my kenetic battery to the distribution block and it never blows. i tripple checked the wireing and its all connected correctly. any ideas to why they keep blowing?
