I plucked my eyebrows to far out. how long will it take to grow back? and will they?

they are about a 1/3 an inch farther than i want them to be. its been like that for awhile. so i want them to grow back in! how do i do that? and how long will it take? will all the hairs grow back in? because that area is very sparse.
