Is it for relaxed [pseudo youth/cool] stylistic reasons that radio5 fails to synchronize its news&sport to?

I think that after reading your post and the reasons you think Radio Five Live tend to go a little past the allotted times for news, that you have far too much time on your hands and read far too much into things. Orwellian methods? Pseudo youth? How can you say you have a low tolerance for drivel and lame conversation when you go around spouting loads of it yourself? Get yourself a hobby, one that doesn't involve a radio.
