Man sues McDonald's because of CHEESE - where is the PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY of checking his own order?

As I recall, Mc Donald's bills the fare as a "Quarter Pounder WITH Cheese". Given the minimum wage workers hired at ANY fast food joint, this person should have checked his order BEFORE he ate it. Just another person looking for a hand out, there are plenty of trial lawyers just like John Edwards waiting for "clients" like this.
