Pokemon Leaf Green Elite Four?

I've already beat the Elite Four once in the game, and I heard that after you beat them once they get stronger the second time onward. So I was wondering if anyone could tell me the level range between their pokemon? I heard they're in the 70's, but I would like to know exactly.
