Triggering SCR's in parallel balancing resistors?

For a hobby application, I need to be able to trigger 3 SCR's in parallel. (they all share the same power, load, and trigger circuit) I was told they all need resistors to even out the voltage and current on the Gates. What approximate values in what configuration do I need?
