What do i do because i woke up with a swollen bottom lip?

I have had poison ivy on my face for 7 days... I use this clear lotion for poison ivy for the first 2 but then it kept spreading, so i bought calamine lotion and benadryl.. its starting to go away but this morning day 7 i woke up with a swollen bottom lip? why would it cause my lip to get swollen? I am taking meds for my diabeties and high blood pressure.. and im also on birth control... will the lip thing go away? how long should i wait?
